These precut parchment liners fit in the Half Sheet Rimmed Baking Sheets I use. They measure 8 inches wide and 12 inches long. I prefer unbleached parchment for baking and find that these sheets bake well even at high temperatures. They prevent food from sticking and also make cleanup easy. They resist curling and don't take up much space in my baking cabinet.
I do have reusable Silpat liners for my baking sheets, but prefer to use parchment when baking or roasting at high temperatures. Yes, you can absolutely cut your own sheets of parchment when lining your sheet pans and I did for years. Once I started baking and recipe testing more often, I found that these sheets saved me precious time and also prevented me from wasting parchment when I over or underestimated how much parchment to cut from a roll.
Now I keep these precut sheets for the Half Sheet Pans and Quarter Sheet Pans along with a roll of parchment to cut for decorating bags, loaf pans, cake pans, tulip cupcake liners, and to prevent bao buns from sticking to my steamer. No matter what sort of parchment you choose, you'll be amazed at how useful and versatile it is.
