This cast iron griddle pan gets a lot of use here at the farmhouse. I added two of them to our kitchen earlier this year. I had no idea just how versatile they would be.
We find this pan to be a great size and shape for making pancakes, crispy quesadillas, grilled cheese sandwiches, and warming up leftover slices of pizza. The shallow sides allow for easier access to whatever you are cooking. It's much easier to slide a spatula underneath a sandwich or quesadilla in this pan compared to my other skillets with deeper sides.
Like any cast iron skillet, this pan is very sturdy and quite heavy. It holds heat well, browns evenly, and stacks easily for storage.
